- Please provide your pet's name (or any other desired words) along with your preferred color combination for the design style, if applicable.
- Pet digital portrait photos will be emailed to you within 7 working days, all changes can be contacted by email. If no reply is received within one working day after receiving the digital portrait, it will be agreed by default and the rug will be started.
